--We are starting work on three high end projects residential in Boonton Township, NJ:
An historic farmhouse, an addition to a former steamship captain's house on a 63 acre estate, and an addition and outdoor patio space on a 13 acre compound.
--New mix-used development on Main Street in Boonton which will revitalize downtown. The site is adjacent to the inclined plain on the Morris Canal.
--On the manufacturing side, we are starting work on two state of the art nutraceutical manufacturing suites.
